Newsletter – 2020/2021 Key legislative changes in Switzerland

Various legislative changes have came into force in Switzerland between 2020 and 2021, in particular with regard to labour law and personal income tax, which were more or less expected: adoption of 15 days paternity leave, minimum wage in the canton of Geneva, measures in terms of equal pay between men and women, working hours and business trip, withholding tax revision.
