Dear Global Mobility Community
Following the measures announced by the Federal Council, it is our duty and responsibility as a company to contribute to the fight against the spread of COVID-19 jointly with the federal and cantonal authorities and the Swiss population as a whole.
This is why, in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families, we have taken the decision to put all of our staff on teleworking since Friday, March 13, 2020; and this, until initially April 19, 2020 and extended to May 30, 2020. Depending on the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), this measure may be extended.
Thanks to the various digital tools implemented at ITX, our employees will continue to provide ITX services and ensure the continuity of operations from their homes.
We encourage all of the following : Corporate Clients, Expatriates, Providers (Relocation Companies, Insurers, Tax providers, Banks, …) to contact their ITX correspondents only by e-mail and/or via the “Connected” Application.
Messages to this effect are sent by our teams to these different organizations/individuals. The files will thus be treated as a priority by e-mail as well as by videoconference.
In addition, in the context of teleworking, our mail processing processes are adapted accordingly :
- All incoming mail (including DHL, DPD, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, …) will be received and processed as usual, but with a delay of 1 to 2 days due to the re-addressing procedure with persons designated for each client.
- Concerning outgoing documents, we suspend with immediate effect the sending by post, DHL, DPD,… of all physical mail to clients / expatriates / providers (insurers, relocation, tax,…).
The originals will be stored and can be sent to the addressee if necessary once the crisis has passed.
In a context that is changing from hour to hour, ITX is closely monitoring the evolution of this particular situation with the cantonal and federal authorities in order to take all the necessary decisions to continue our activity and best meet your expectations.
ITX’s Management Committee is thus constituted as a “Covid-19 Crisis Unit” and meets virtually every day to take stock of the situation.
We will not fail to keep you informed if new measures are to be taken at a later date.
