ITX was recently contacted by one Multinational represented in 130 countries. They intervenes in many countries around the world without a unified regime for its various stakeholders.
In this context, in addition to the current revision of its international mobility policy, they have considered the possibility of creating a “GEC – Global Employment Company”, a structure dedicated to the employment and management of international mobile employees within the Group.
They are looking for the most suitable location for this dedicated structure and is considering Switzerland and wishes to further analyse the pros and cons.
In this context, they wanted to have some additional information on Swiss legislation and have entrusted ITX to provide these information. The ITX Group has a thorough expertise in the field of international assignments and mobility of employees worldwide, including administrative management of international employees working abroad within an international Corporate Group.
ITX agreed to provide them with a Memo detailing the concept of a GEC, its main advantages and especially based in Switzerland.
