Does your organization use a Global Employment Company (GEC)? If so, you can’t afford to miss being part of the GEC Network Club, a Community of Practice, bringing together Mobility and HR professionals who manage GECs.
The GEC Network Club facilitates the free exchange of information and ideas between Mobility specialists, who can raise questions and share updates that would benefit their peers. The network meets virtually at least twice a year, and it has a private group chat allowing Mobility professionals to communicate with each other at any time. There are no “membership fees” of any kind and no “selling” involved in these network discussions.

The GEC Network Club is a Community of Practice bringing together Mobility and HR professionals who manage Global Employment Companies, and therefore share similar objectives and challenges on a daily basis.
The GEC Network Club allows all members to receive and contribute information and ideas regarding Global Mobility topics, share interesting news, updates or articles, ask questions, and suggest topics for further discussion or research. All discussions are conducted in an safe and confidential environment, reserved exclusively for HR specialists. Service Providers are not allowed to participate in meetings, unless the members of the GEC Network Club request their participation to explore specialized topics.
The network meets virtually for about 90 minutes twice a year, to discuss topics agreed in advance. The agenda topics are decided by the network members themselves, in order to ensure that the discussions are always current and relevant. The network also has a private group chat allowing members to communicate with each other at any time, in order to ask questions, provide updates, share articles, or exchange ideas.
ITX will organize and facilitate the meetings, manage the private group chat, contribute news and updates, prepare any presentation materials required for the meetings, and conduct surveys and research on topics suggested by the members.
Membership is absolutely free of charge.
Membership is open to HR/Mobility professionals working in organizations that already have GEC, or in the process of transitioning to a GEC model.
